01. What can I buy through your service?
You can buy anything that exists in Korea like consumer electronics, clothes, shoes, accessories, textiles, cosmetics, dvd, cd, bikes, automobiles, K-pop goods, sports equipment, tools, toys, collectibles…from A to Z, whether it be new or used – through our service. Simply name it and we will find proper items at the lowest price give quotations and buy for you.
02. How do I buy through your service?
A. Buying general consumer items from Korea.
Step 1. You tell us the web address of items or information of items you are interested in.
Step 2. We send you the Quote of Product first time.
Step 3. If you are satisfied the quote, you must pay us the primary
(The quote will include product price, Agent Commission, Domestic Shipping Charge in South Korea)
Step 4. When we are ready to ship, we will ask you to international shipping charge for the second. And you must pay this payment.
(This Policy will be charged for the correct shipping to buyers)
B. Buying general consumer items from Korea.
If you know item name, send to us message. We will find the item at the lowest price and give you the quotation under your request on the message.

C. Importing from Korea
If your order is more than USD1,000, T/T and will be acceptable for the payment.

03. Is there a minimum order/price and maximum order/price?
There is no minimum order/price, nor maximum order/price limited.
04. What about payment option?
You can pay by bank transfer or PayPal or international credit cards through PayPal.
Irrevocable & confirmed L/C will be acceptable in case of order more than USD50,000. Basically, prices are quoted on USD.
05. How much is your commission?
7% of the total amount before the delivery cost for most orders.
06. How long will it take to receive my order?
It varies according to various items and sellers, we will advise you detailed delivery time in our quotation per an order. Usually it takes around 2-4 working days inside Korea after we receive your order and payment. Some items might take longer time if out of stock at order time.
07. How do you deliver and how much does it cost?
1. Domestic Shipping in South Korea
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep by local door to door service inside Korea.
Generally, it’s cost is not expensive. Most sellers have long term contract with door to door service companies and can deliver, for example, 10kg package as low as KRW2500 all over Korea except some islands.
2. International Delivery
We deliver usually by EMS if under 30kg. We just have to estimate the delivery cost roughly since we do not know the exact weight when we receive your order.
We arrange delivery per your request/instruction for order over 30kg. If you have your own forwarder/courier, we will pass your goods over to your nominated forwarder/courier.
08. What if some items of my order are out of stock?
There are 3 options you can choose.
1. We refund the balance to your paypal account.
2. You can order substitutes.
3. We keep the balance for your next order.
09. What about service and support?
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. We will guide you how to request, or request for you if required.
10. What is your return policy/procedure?
Once the item(s) has been delivered to you, no return will be accepted unless you return the item(s) due to discrepancy or defective item(s). In case of discrepancy/defective item(s) is found, Please contact us immediately, no later than 3 working days after receiving the item(s), and report the problem in detail. We will guide you what to do after going through your claims. If you choose to return and have different delivery company other than the original delivery company, you will be responsible for paying
return cost. Please note that the item(s) must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return.
We will arrange replacement or refund according to your request within 3 working days after receiving your return.
11. What about exchange policy?
Exchange is available within 3 working days after you receive the item(s) ordered. However, you may pay for applicable exchange cost including round delivery cost unless you have received defective or discrepancy item(s). Please note that the item(s) must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for exchange.
12. What about cancel policy?
1. Your order will be canceled if your payment is not transmitted in our account within 7 working days
After final quotation.
2. Your order will be canceled if sellers can not sell goods due to out of stock or any other reasons.
3. You may cancel your order before your payment.
4. You can not cancel your order after your payment.
13. Will I be charged a customs fee?
If you are located outside of Korea, duties and taxes may apply.
14. What if my order gets lost or damaged during delivery?
If there are any issues with a delivery, please contact us immediately.
We will solve the problem ASAP.
