Ansungtangmyun: the pioneer

When there was a five-day interval village market, boiled rice served with soup at the marketplace which was boiled in an iron pot with beef leg bone was surely served. There are beef soup with rice added by green onion and radish and seonji soup that is full of outer leaves of cabbage. Somuri soup with rice which is boiled with beef leg bone has a history of dozens of years. As agricultural people who had to solve meals as quickly as possible, it was a kind of essential way of eating at that time.
The king of Ramyun, Ansungtangmyun
It must be the essence of Ramyun product because it has been loved with its tasty flavor and chewy noodle even though it is thin. The soup tastes mild and clear and the added seaweed flake makes you feel the taste of deep and thick flavor. It is still loved by many Korean people with its thick taste of soup and chewy noodle.
[ How to cook ]
– Stove Top
Step 01. Boiling water
Boil 550 mL (about 2 1/3 cups) of water. Add noodles, soup base, and vegetable mix.
Step 02. Cooking noodles
Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 03. Enjoy
Remove from heat and serve.
– Microwave (1000W)
Step 01. Put ingredients
Put soup base and vegetable mix into a microwaveable bowl, then add noodles on top.
Step 02. Pour water
Pour 470 mL (about 2 cups) of room temperature water.
Step 03. Cooking Noodles
Place a microwaveable cover on the bowl. Cook for 7 minutes. When using hot water, cook for 4 minutes.
